Credit Capital Services Ltd is a limited liability company incorporated in 2016 to provide assets based financing and consumer lending for the Nigerian growing middle-working class, in both public and private sectors of the Nigerian economy. This includes Federal ministries, MDAs and parastatals, state government workers, primary and tertiary institutions, as well as local government workers. The company’s business concept stems from the realisation that despite the establishment of traditional banks and their branch expansion, about 40% of Nigeria’s population are still denied easy access to bank loans, due to stringent requirements which are not within the convenience of these people.

Tayo Gbenro is the Acting General Manager for Credit Capital Services Limited. He is a management consultant of 16 years, with experience covering Financial Services, Insurance, Governments, Health, FMCG among other sectors. As he supports CCSL through a transformation agenda, Tayo, along with the team, has successfully implemented strategic initiatives that have stabilized the company and positioned it for profitability within just six (6) months. He graduated top of his class at the Ahmadu Bello University in 2004 with a Bachelors degree in Physics. He is also an Alumnus of the London Business School and is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis, USA.
Temitayo Gbenro
General Manager
With over 10 years of banking experience, Tayo has served in different positions such as Internal control, Operations and Marketing. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Tai Solarin University of Education, and is an alumnus of Lagos Business School, a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and a senior member of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals (AERMP). At present, he runs the administrative part of CCSL and ensures the smooth operation of the company with his team.
Tayo Dairo
Head, Corporate Services & Market Activation
Isaac is the Head of Sales & Recovery at Credit Capital Services Limited. He oversees the collation of market business intelligence, guiding his team through decision-making and ensuring the development of effective strategies and adaptive measures. He has over 10 years of Banking experience, serving in different positions which include Priority banking, Retail banking and SME banking. Isaac has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Ecole Superieure De Management University, Benin. He also holds a Higher National Diploma in Mathematics & Statistics, and a Postgraduate diploma in Computer Science.
Isaac Adeola Adeyanju
Head, Sales & Recovery
Fisayo is an effective team player who has extensive experience in financial product development and the implementation of data migration plans. He holds an MBA and other professional credentials such as the Microfinance Certification Programme from the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, and Proficiency Certificate in Management. He presently manages the daily operations at Credit Capital, and he and his team ensures flawless service delivery to our customers. Under his management of business operations, CCSL stabilized and never recorded a single fraudulent loan disbursement.
Fisayo Robert Awosika
Head, Operations
Seyi has over 12 years banking experience and has worked in various capacities as Cashier, Customer service officer, Fund transfer officer, Marketer, Recovery officer, Financial Controller and Accountant. He is presently the People & Experience manager at CCSL, where he and his team consistently work hard to make our customers happy. He holds a BSc in Accounting and MCIB, with an MSc. in view.
Oluseyi Akindele
Head, Service Experience
Dayo is the IT & Innovation Desk Officer at Credit Capital Services Limited. He is experienced in identifying and resolving problems, managing administrative issues, ensuring ease of access to our services and promoting innovation within the company. During his oversight function as the IT Officer, the company has successfully deployed a customised customer onboarding software, a loans processing and reconciliation solution as well as implemented the paperless office at CCSL using an off-the-shelf software solution. Also, every Loan Advisor has now been digitally enabled to book loans and investments in the field, thereby quadrupling the efficiency rate of the organisation in disbursing its loans. He is a graduate of Agric. Economics from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
Oludayo Ayodeji Olukanni
Innovation & Technology Officer
Olusola Olalekan is currently the Internal Control and Reconciliation officer at Credit Capital Services Limited. His passion for interpreting and analysing financial reports has helped resolve various academic-related issues. He holds a BSc and HND in Accounting, and is also a professional level student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has 7 years working experience in both manufacturing and service industry as an Accountant, Internal Control Officer, and Management Information System Analyst.
Olusola Olalekan
Internal Control & Reconciliation Officer
Wole heads our Investment & Deposit team. He previously served as a branch manager in charge of the Osun team and responsible for disbursing loans within the region. Prior to joining CCSL, Wole’s experience at a top tier-1 commercial bank lasted for almost 10 years working the areas of Customer Service and E-business. He graduated with a degree in Geology, and has during his career acquired certifications in Onshore/Offshore and Health, Safety & Environment(HSE). Wole is also an experienced Debt recovery agent.
Wole Arikuyeri
Head, Investments and Fixed Deposit
Ganiyat is a Manager leading the CCSL’s Payroll team serving organizations in Oyo and Lagos States. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Finance & Control. She and her team have successfully met sales targets and consistently maintained sales volume, retaining the company’s top customers in the wake of strict competition. She is also a skilled Sales trainer.
Ganiyat Temitope Gbadebo
Manager, Payroll Loans
Seye is the Manager overseeing the company’s Payroll sales staff across Osun, Ondo and Kwara. He previously served in Credit Capital as the Branch Manager overseeing the Ondo team. Seye passionately promotes growth among his team members, having been able to develop one into a full manager. He holds a National Diploma in Mathematics and Statistics from Rufus Giwa Polytechnic National Diploma, and an HND in Statistics from Kwara Polytechnic. He has over 7 years work experience with the same number of cognate experience in sales.
Olayode Oluwaseye Johnson
Manager, Payroll Loans
Victoria has managed and grown loan portfolio by regularly exceeding sales targets. She currently leads our Payroll team in Ogun, and together with her team she has effectively succeeded as a business developer and in the art of client retention. Victoria is a journalist by training and she is also on course to become a Chartered Accountant.
Victoria Yetunde Ajayi
Manager, Payroll Loans
Borokinni is a sales manager for CCSL’s Non-Payroll business covering Ondo & Ekiti. He and his team have continually adapted to structural changes in order to achieve optimum performance. He is highly-experienced in marketing having graduated with a BSc. in Business Administration. Until 2018 when Borokini joined CCSL, he previously worked at a top commercial bank in Nigeria.
Borokinni Sunday Olaniyi
Manager, Non-Payroll Loans
Aanu is a sales manager responsible for our Non-Payroll team in Oyo & Ogun. Amiable yet passionate about selling, Aanu has had a successful record of top sales in Credit Capital over the years and this necessitated her transfer to the Ogun branch in 2019. In recent times, she was appointed to oversee the non-payroll business of the company in both Ogun and Oyo States. She holds a BSc in Chemistry, and is highly-experienced in the art of customer service. Someday she intends to lead the firm into greater forays as outlined in the company’s visioning plans.
